Lessons

We provide instruction in a positive and rewarding environment. Proper techniques are essential to rider success, creating a solid base to build the riders foundation (or fixing missed steps) is key to our program. The horses health and welfare are never compromised. We strive to produce horsemen not just riders! Riders of all levels are welcomed into our program; all we ask is that you are open to learning and want to work hard at becoming the best possible rider you can be.

We have wonderful school horses and ponies of various levels and abilities for you to start or you are more than welcome to bring your own! We offer showing opportunities for all levels at various events throughout the year. We have two Sr. Instructors and two assistants, we will never have a Junior teaching the lesson it is only our Senior coaches that handle the lessons.

**We require all riders to be in min once a week lesson, we do not offer trail rides or pony rides for parties. All riders wanting to enter the program must do a meet and greet along with a trial lesson before being accepted. We do not teach Mondays or Sundays unless it is a horseshow, special event or arranged makeups**

Lesson Rates for Fall 2024

Fees- (5% GST included)

Lesson with School Horse $84 your choice of

(1/2 private, 45 Minute Semi Private or 1 hour Group)

Lesson with your own horse or lease horse $63.00 your choice of

(1/2 Private, 45 minute Semi Private or hour group)

7 & under Lesson with lesson horse $57.75 these lessons run for 30-45 minutes

Boarding

Our beautiful facility is a short drive from the border and a great location to quickly get where you need to be. We are located on a short quiet dead end road and bordering the CVP connector trails. We attend various shows throughout the year and enjoy hauling out for community days and other events, riders and horses have plenty of opportunities to explore.

Barn amenities: 18 matted stalls with attached paddocks, 6 outdoor paddocks with 12x12 shelters and new footing. Large well lit indoor ring (80 x 210) and outdoor sand ring with excellent footing. Trails in the back of the property, heated tack rooms, warm water wash bays and washroom. In house Laundry is also available.

Board includes: 4 daily feedings. Only the best hay is available for our horses as well as quality mineral available at a extra fee or provide your own (Oats & Beet pulp included). We coordinate and manage your farrier & Vet visits (unless you would like to).

Clients also find it handy to have the onsite tack store for all your last minute needs.

Training & Consignment

We can help assist you and your horse to grow and develop to your full potential! Our program is tailored to each individual horse, as we know horses much like humans are not all the same and do not fit into the same box. Full time training (5-6 days a week) is great for owners serious about their horses education. Owners see consistent results and horses are happy to be worked with on a regular basis. Jumping average 2 days a week, ground manners, pole work, flat work, trails, and off property events (extra cost may apply) is all part of the program to give the horse a well rounded education.

For our owners with a hectic life that aren't always able to get out to the barn we find the part time program (1-3 days a week) works wonders to keep both horse and rider sane and happy. The part time program is flexible for each horse and owner. Also nice for young horses that are not needing a full program yet.

We Manage all aspects of your horses care when they are in a full program or on consignment, including but not limited to clipping, show entries, and appointments.

Full time Program is $800 for the month we also offer part time programs, please inquire.

Consignment is 10% of final purchase price.
